These are our Terms and Conditions for ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP.
It is a fairly lengthy text, but it is important.

By ordering from our site, you accept our general terms and conditions, including our shipping policy, privacy policy, and refund policy.
This webshop, www.zeeksack.pl, (hereinafter referred to as "ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP") is owned and managed by ZEEKSACK™ AB. VAT NO. SE559207752201. (Hereinafter referred to as "ZEEKSACK™, Us, Our, or We"). The company is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The following terms apply to all purchases and/or shipments from ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP. Respective retailers handle terms regarding purchases from retailers. Other terms may then apply.
We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. The latest and current terms are those published on this page. The amended terms are deemed accepted in connection with orders or visits to the site.

We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing goods will be to refund any money paid to us for such an order, by crediting your chosen payment option. If you have placed an order that we cannot deliver and therefore cannot accept, we will ensure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Images, pictures, audio, video, and text on the website are for illustrative purposes only. We have done everything to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen's display of any color will be accurate.

SHOPPING AT ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP
It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that your order is correct when you place your order. But if there are problems with your order, you are welcome to contact customer service and we will do our best to help you.
You must be over 18 years of age to shop freely from our site. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from your guardian or shop under their supervision.
PRICES AND FEES
All prices on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP
OP are listed in SEK including 25% VAT. However, you have the option to change the currency display at the bottom of the page. Once the customer has filled in all necessary information in the shopping cart, the total price including payment, VAT, and shipping costs will be displayed.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, missed prints in the price list, and pricing errors due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
PAYMENT
Our payment partners are PayPal & Shopify Payments including Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and Bancontact. Our partners accept payment with VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro.
Once you have placed your order and payment has been approved by one of our payment partners, the order number will be displayed, indicating that the order has been processed. You will also receive an order confirmation to the email address provided. If the customer has not received the confirmation within 24 hours, please check the spam folder in case the email was filtered as spam.

AVAILABLE STOCK
The stock availability on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP is directly linked to our warehouse. A change in product availability while the customer is active on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP can occur due to sold-out products or new delivery of products. Customers are welcome to contact customer service with any questions regarding the availability of the product of interest.
